We are collecting articles and paintings for 2019 Aama Aaina Publication. This magazine will be published in November 2019 during Kumar Purnima. Submission deadline is October 1, 2019.
Articles must be submitted in MS Word Document format. Images must be submitted in PNG format. Image resolution must be at least 300 dpi. Articles may accompany author’s image. Article submission guidelines:
1. Title – 14 point Garamond Font in bold
2. Author’s name – Below the title – 11 point Garamond Font in Italics
3. Image of Author – 512×512 pixel 300 dpi on the left of first paragraph
4. Title, Author’s Name and Image must be centered
5. Odiya font must be 11 point Kalinga font
6. Line Spacing – 0
7. Paragraphs – 11 point Garamond Font
8. Paragraphs must start with 1 tab indentation on the left
9. Photos, Illustrations and Paintings as well as written articles must be original work of the author
10. One article per author
11. No more than two 8.5″x11″ pages or no less than 1/2 a page
12. 1″ margin across 4 sides
13. Paragraphs must be “Justify Text” aligned – see Formatted Book Template link below.
14. Articles must be spell checked with correct grammar
15. Please ensure that article has two spaces after period (.) and one space after comma (,)
Submitted files must be named as <author’s first name>_<author’s last name>_<Name of Article>. Example: sribatsa_das_we_have_a_dream
